If you need to return your purchase, you can contact our after-sales service at service@gomenin.com to obtain a return address. We will issue a full refund using the original payment method within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned purchase.
*Kind Reminder: The address on the package is not approved as a return address. Packages returned without a return address authorized by customer service representatives and lost packages will not be refunded or exchanged.
